World Earth Day | Learn how your protection experts also protects earth
April 22th is the World Earth Day, a celebration event that starts in 1970. The aim for World Earth Day is to sensitizing people on environmental concerns and demonstrating support for environmental protection.
Over a decade, Hanvo Safety has actively taken responsibilities on environment protections with an implementation of people-oriented, green and safe environmental concepts. Hanvo obtains ISO environmental certificate, and all products meet international quality and environmental standards.
Environment and Quality Testing Center
This testing center was established in 2008, being the first standardized lab in PPE glove industry within China. Test criteria covers from liners, to chemicals, to finished products. The lab also meets the testing requirements of EN388:2016 and ANSI/ISEA 105-2016, able to monitor gloves’ performance, helping to maintain good quality gloves. In 2016, Hanvo invested in Agilent Atomic Spectroscopy equipment, tesing glove chemicals under EU standard (DMF<1000ppm).
Production Workshop
Closed type production lines collects waste gas more efficiently, creating a healthier working environment for workers.
ERP and MES system maximize production efficiency, and minimize waste of raw materials and energy.
Solar Energy System
Solar panels are equipped on the roofs of workshops and office buildings, producing about 1,140,000 kwh green energy annually.
